Chiwi

Chiwi is a cartoon character developed following research with nursery aged children and distributors.

Chiwi is targeted primarily at 3 to 7 year olds, and his role is to create coherence for and awareness of the Widex for Children programme and range of hearing aids. His name is a combination of the words Children & Widex.

Chiwi is fully animated for use online, in interactive situations and as a child-controlled avatar (a character that represents a child in online games and activities).

Chiwi will guide children through the world of paediatric audiology and hearing impairment. Chiwi will inform and reassure them. He will illuminate the world of the young hearing-impaired and address the issues and barriers they might face.

Chiwi is a knowledgeable friend who will lead children through this world. He can be used on websites and micro-sites.
