Rating and scoring

When I score each of the listening situations on the scale from one to five, it seems as if some of the listening situations are weighed higher than other listening situations. Is this true?
Yes, that is true. Listening situations that require listening in noise carry a bigger weight than listening in quiet. This means that setting listening needs to a five in a listening situation, which is listening in quiet, for example, "One-to-one" results in lower listening need than setting listening needs to a five in a listening situation, which is listening in noise such as "Meetings and small groups".
